A drawer pays the draw price and opens one purse chosen at random, weighted inversely to what is inside it, and keeps the whole of it. The price is the mathematically fair value of a draw plus a stated 6 percent — published, and checkable.

A sealer expects to earn 4 percent of whatever they sealed as carry before their purse is drawn. A drawer pays 6 percent over fair value. Purse size changes the shape of the outcome and not its expectation: every open purse is paid an equal share of every draw price, whatever is inside it.
